Online coaching is my most comprehensive option to master the iron game and maximize your results. I work with clients at all hours of the day correcting form, adjusting training variables, discussing eating strategies, and assisting with physique insecurities.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Weekly form checks for all exercises with analysis and adjustments given

  • Customized programming that will change periodically as you progress, encounter pains and weak points, based on equipment, etc

  • Guide covering progression methods, warm up sets, equipment, rest days, mobility work, and warm ups

  • Direct text conversation, as well as periodic calls/video chats as needed

  • Lifetime access to REVIVAL Fitness Discord server with other members, clients, and Patrons 

  • Online logbook to track all sessions + input from me on how you’re progressing

  • Nutrition advice and macro/calorie adjustments based on how your body is responding (NOTE: I am NOT a registered dietitian or nutritionist)

  • Periodic photo check-ins and body composition analysis
